organisations in connecting their communities since 2021

How it works

1. Accepting applications

Organisations can apply between Mon 4 and Sun 24 March. Our internal panel will then select the organisations that will receive free courier services.

2. Voting begins

The People's Choice vote begins where New Zealanders vote for one of the selected organisations to receive an additional years’ worth of free courier services.

3. Winner announced

We'll let you know the winner of our People's Choice vote and keep you updated on how our free courier services are supporting our communities.

To be eligible, your organisation must expect to send a minimum of 1,000 parcels domestically within the financial year. Organisations sending perishable items will not be considered for this programme.

Free courier services will be offered via an NZ Post eShip account so you must have your own printer. Packaging is not included.

View our shortlisting criteria and impact reporting guide for more detail.

Please note: We recommend reviewing the application questions and preparing your responses in advance, as the application form does not save as you go.
